"Mack Mayor"
On planet Alternae, Mack Mayor is a vigilante turned mayor of one of the more popular cities. He creates “The Monster City Invitational Hero Tournament”.
"Captain Schmuck"
Mysterious leader of the Loser Rangers, Captain Schmuck gives his heroes the missions they try their hardest to complete, but rarely do.
Evil
"Megapwn"
On planet Alternae, Megapwn is an evil mechanical tyrant bent to satisfy his insatiable hunger and desires for utter destruction. He is old as ages and has seen everything there is to see. His powers and weaponry are unknown at this moment, but we suspect they are quite devastating.
"Dr. Red"
Dr.Rudolph Edwin Dwinglestein III is the main villain of Tokyo Must Die and a mad scientist. He is hell-bent to destroy the world, starting with Tokyo, so he can bring about a world he can control as ruler. He invented a devastating machine that creates worm-holes from different dimensions, that creatures unsuspectingly travel through to Earth. These creatures travel through the machines maddening paths, and when they arrive they are insane city-crushing behemoths, confused enough to follow the evil doctor's orders.
