Monster's name - Fred
Monster's concept - A twenty foot dragon who was accidentally set ablaze during one of the first firestorms to hit Tokyo.
Monster's appearance - A large blue dragon covered in flames from nose to tail. Two enormous, curved horns sit atop his narrow, scaly head. He has two leathery wings that give him the chance to fly hundreds, if not thousands, of feet in the air. Unlike many dragons Fred can speak, though it's not the manly timbre you might expect. If not listen closely, Fred sounds suspiciously like Highlander star Christopher Lambert.
Monster's powers and weapons - Fred can control the direction and heat level of his flames, which can be launched as he sees fit. Additionally, his horns can cut through just about any material.
Monster's alignment (Good? Evil? Rogue?) - Despite his demonic appearance, Fred is ultimately a force for good. His ultimate quest is to save the city of Tokyo from destruction, if only because he's a huge sushi fan.
